Refund & Cancellation Policy

GROUP CLASS

Group classes cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Classes are non-refundable after the registration date.

Only classes canceled or reschedule by Atlanta International Language Institute will allow for a refund in full.

Books and materials are non-refundable.

Returned checks will be electronically processed along with associated fees.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Full payment for pre-arranged private or semi-private class is required

unless twenty four hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule.

Prepaid packages of multiple hours are non-refundable.

Any class canceled by Atlanta International Language Institute will be refunded.

Returned checks will be electronically processed along with associated fees.
